Why did you make Aussie Custom Cards?

Aussie Custom Cards was born out of a passion for high-quality collectables and a desire to provide better value to the community. After experiencing overpriced and underwhelming products from other companies, we knew we could do it better. Our mission is to provide premium, thoroughly tested custom cards at an affordable price, ensuring you get exactly what you pay for.

Where are you based?

We are proudly 100% Australian-owned and operated. All of our custom cards are designed, printed, and shipped directly from our headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

Can I upload my own artwork for printing at Aussie Custom Cards?

Absolutely! If you already have your own artwork designed, we are happy to print it for you. You will only be charged for the printing and postage, with no design fees applied.

Do you create custom Pokémon card designs?

Yes, we do! You can easily submit a request through our website to have a personalized, custom Pokémon-style card designed specifically for you.

How does your design process work? Do you use AI?

We use a hybrid approach to give you the best results. While we utilize AI tools to help generate initial concepts and drafts, our team meticulously applies final touches by hand. This ensures every image is high-quality, unique, and meets your exact standards before printing.

Since we are 100% Australian-Made and support local creators, our team works hard to get your drafts ready, and cards shipped as fast as possible.

  • Office Hours (for email/form replies): Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST

  • Response Time: We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours during these times.

If your question is about shipping times or tracking your order, the fastest answer is often already available!

What is your standard shipping time?

Standard (tracked) shipping is the most cost-effective option and is suitable for most orders.

The tracking includes tracking information, providing you with updates on your order's status. It is also much quicker in most regions. This ensures better visibility and peace of mind for your shipment.

Depending on the destination country, different shipping options can be used:

  • Australia

    • Standard envelope (no tracking): 2 - 6 days

    • Express shipping (with tracking): 1 - 4 days.

  • International (United States, UK, EU, China, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Thailand)

    • Standard envelope (no tracking): 7 - 14 days

    • Express shipping (with tracking): 5 - 12 days.

How can I track my order?

If you selected a tracked shipping option at checkout, you would receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post Tracking ID as soon as your custom card is shipped.

Does Aussie Custom Cards provide free shipping on orders over a certain amount?

Yes! We offer free shipping internationally (Not in Australia) over $89.99 AUD, including international deliveries.
