Shipping

All of our orders are shipped from Australia. Standard delivery typically takes around 10 to 15 days, depending on your location. We utalise Australia Post for the shipping within Australia.

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary slightly due to factors such as customs processing or unforeseen delays. We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Standard shipping is the most cost-effective option and is suitable for most orders.

The tracking option includes tracking information, providing you with updates on your order's status. It is also much quicker in most regions. While it may not be faster in the United States, it ensures better visibility and peace of mind for your shipment. For US orders, there's an additional Express Shipping option available, with a delivery estimate of 3-5 business days.

Depending on the destination country, different shipping options can be used:

  • Australia

    • Standard envelope (no tracking): 7 - 10 days

    • Express shipping (with tracking): 3 - 4 days

  • New Zealand

    • Standard envelope (no tracking): 15 - 20 days

    • Express shipping (with tracking): 5+ business days

  • Other

    • Standard envelope (no tracking): 30+ days

    • Express shipping (with tracking): 3 - 4 days

Returns

Since our products are custom-made to fit each customer’s unique needs and preferences, we are unable to accept returns. Every item is carefully crafted based on the specific details provided by our customers, which makes each piece one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after an order has been processed. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help with any questions or concerns before you place your order.
